We process customer information solely to fulfill service agreements, ensure platform security, and improve VoidPanel tools.
- Service Provisioning: Setting up databases, configuring custom domains, securing custom professional mailboxes, and activating premium hosting plans.
- Support & Communication: Responding to client billing queries, managing active support tickets, and issuing email notifications about critical system updates or service expirations.
- Platform Security: Monitoring logins, securing database access, preventing privilege attacks in terminal shells, and conducting fraud checks.
- Aggregated Improvements: Analyzing website traffic patterns via Google Analytics to optimize page load speeds and structure documentation.
3. Data Protection & Safety
We implement robust organizational and technical measures to shield data against unauthorized access, leaks, alteration, or deletion.
- Encryption: Password credentials are salted and hashed. All traffic between your browser, host servers, and client portal is encrypted using secure Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
- System Isolation: Within the VoidPanel host node setups, user home directories are strictly isolated using Unix permission modes (e.g., 750/711 configurations) to prevent local traversal across account nodes.
- Terminal Scoping: System terminal sessions are restricted to authorized usernames and home directories, blocking access to administrative root directories.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your data with selected external service providers only as necessary to deliver services on our behalf:
- Payment Gateway (Razorpay): Processes payments securely. Their database handles card authorizations according to PCI-DSS standards.
- Domain Registrars: Transmits registrant details to WHOIS databases and registry APIs to secure ownership of domain names.
- Analytics: Google Analytics collects anonymous website metrics to evaluate documentation coverage.

VoidPanel uses cookies and standard browser local storage mechanism to optimize your dashboard and login states:
Cookies store active sessions, CSRF security tokens to prevent cross-site request forgery, and billing cart selections. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from signing in to the billing portal or finalizing orders.

- Right of Access: Request a copy of all personal information we store about your customer account.
- Right to Rectification: Edit or correct inaccurate email details, client tags, or billing information directly inside the portal.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request the permanent deletion of your client billing profile, billing transactions, and provisioned hosting servers, subject to legal bookkeeping requirements.
